You and your staff have proven time and again that you are true professionals who care about your patients. Dear Dr. Fremont,

I wanted to thank you for how you treated me at my appointment yesterday. I was very nervous, both about having to see a new dentist and about the whole “dentist” experience. It really made a difference to feel listened to and not just patronized about my fears and my level of tolerance, etc. I truly appreciated that you didnâ€™t make me feel silly or stupid for having waited so long to see a dentist of having done my own temporary filling and especially about having such a low tolerance for pain and such high “dental anxiety.”

All too often, I have left dentist appointments not only in pain but feeling somewhat humiliated as well. It was nice to be treated as a whole person, not just “another cavity in room 3.” I have never written a thank you to my dentist before, I really wanted you to know that your professionalism and wonderful “chair side manner” did not go unnoticed or unappreciated! I can’t say that I won’t be anxiety ridden (and occasionally terrified) about dental work anymore, but know I’ll be a lot more comfortable with you as my dentist. Thank you again.

Thank you so much for helping me with my peace corps dental exam. I found out last week that I was cleared for placement and within the next few months I should find out if I’m going to be teaching in Cambodia, Thailand, China, Bangladesh, Mongolia or the Philippines. I can’t wait to find out – I would be honored to serve in either of these countries. It was very kind of you and your staff to get me in for my exam on such short notice and to only charge me what the peace corps would reimburse. If you ever need a translator for one of the Asian languages above, I’m at your service. Thanks again and happy holidays.

Dear Dr. Robert Fremont and staff,

Thank you for the card, you and your staff are all so terrific. I just wanted to let you know that I really LOVE my new veneers. I guess it’s something that I guess I could have done without, my bondings were pretty good, but I was never really pleased with them. So, I reasoned, we spend so much money on things like houses and cars, etc., but the things that we live with everyday we skimp on. So I came to my senses and WENT for it . And I’m glad I did! Now when I look in the mirror, I’m a happy guy! And I don’t know if it’s my imagination or not, but it seems like the girls seem to talk to me more, or at least longer. I was talking to one of my friends, and asked her what she looked for in a guy and one of the things she mentioned…was…you got it…NICE TEETH! So there you go! Now I just flash them my pearly whites and watch them swoon. Ha, ha! Also, one thing I notice is that a LOT of people need your help. Am I the only one out here with a great mouth?

Anyway, thanks for a painless and rewarding experience. It was money well spent.
