It takes about 1 1/2 hours in our practice to complete the teeth whitening procedure, which includes the high powered whitening lamp along with light activated whitening gels (hydrogen peroxide) and impressions for custom made trays for future bleaching touch ups.

The Zoom teeth whitening system eliminates stains caused by aging and consumption of substances such as coffee, tea, colas, tobacco, red wine, etc. Other stains from antibiotics, fevers and malformation have varied results. Excessive fluoride like some well-water can cause brown and white spots on teeth which can be removed with a preliminary dental procedure called micro etching followed by teeth whitening.
